It is important to ensure that the streaming media sector operates legitimately and respects issues such as copyright whenever possible. Where practical licensing schemes exist ASMeC requires members to participate in those schemes. Where practical schemes do not exist ASMeC will work with Copyright holders or their representatives to create workable solutions. ASMeC is working towards towards a fully licensed and legitimate industry.
